Blues in Business Award

“When reviewing Voice Mobile’s nomination we really felt over the past year they have embraced our ethos of engaging with other local businesses to support their businesses growth,” said Ian Dutton, Head of Commercial.

“Voice Mobile have shown fantastic examples of this by sponsoring our Blues Network, staging events held in-conjunction with us, increasing the sales team presence here on both match and non-matchdays and sharing special offers that have been made available to other clients.

“They really have shown the value in using us to compliment their sales and marketing strategy and I’m delighted to see them as eventual winners.

“The past 12 months have been a fantastic journey and I hope our relationship with Voice Mobile, and the other nominees, will continue to rise over the next year.”

Voice Mobile Won "Best Dealer" (under 100 employees)

To win this award we had to demonstrate our local knowledge and expertise to generate more connections and clients, showcase our leading-edge connectivity and telecoms value-added services for our customers, followed by our customer service and support capabilities. We also showed how our company has met and exceeded the requirements of our mobile network partners.

Dean Sale, Voice Mobile Sales Director commented, “Fantastic achievement for the whole Voice Mobile family. We're now the current holders of 2 national industry awards! After also winning ‘Best Unified Comms Dealer’ at the 2014 Mobile Industry Awards. I'm a very proud man today, lucky to work with so many special people.”

Best Unified Comms Dealer

"Truly impressive – better than a lot of operators," was the judges’ assessment.

"Voice Mobile employs its own team of software writers, who have come up with an ingenious cradle-to-grave CRM, which makes every piece of information from sale to bills and customer support available at every point in the sales or after care process, including online. The CRM provides the backbone for a highly effective business, which has seen profits grow nearly fivefold on the back of a 20% increase on the size of the base.

"A nifty feature is the ability to automate communications, like welcome letter, customer surveys and prospecting through email, letters or diarising call backs. The company is forging ahead in unified comms, writing bespoke software to link customers’ mobiles to their data hubs.

"It has also been highly active in demonstrating 4G, and in developing M2M solutions, including a major health installation for a water company that fires off alerts to engineers when unsatisfactory bacteria levels are around. A complex salary sacrifice scheme for customers also caught the eye.

"A fantastic company, and a very impressive range of achievements,' said the judges, highlighting that recommendations and technology are the driving forces of sales. 'The only thing that could possibly hold them back is the name – they do so much more than voice!" the judges added.
